All rooms have easy access to the common areas, dining areas and outdoor porch.
Most guest rooms in The Villa at Arroyo City have KING beds. All rooms have great amenities!
Fisher Room
Look through the glass-paneled French doors of the Fisher Room and you have a full, panoramic view of the beautiful Arroyo Colorado River. Step through the doors onto the porch, where you can enjoy coffee and a bagel as a perfect beginning to your relaxing and peaceful day. Even folks who never dropped a hook enjoy the fishing theme of this neat room.
The comfortable MEMORY FOAM KING SIZE BED provides an exceptionally good night’s sleep! If you have a child or an extra guest, we can perhaps bring in a small roll away cot to accommodate.

Northwest Room
This room takes you to the rugged Northwest with scenes of mountains, trees and wildlife. Pass through the swinging saloon type doors to access your closet and bathroom.
From your windows you have a lovely view of the peaceful Arroyo Colorado River. Across the Arroyo you may see wildlife, along the banks or in the scrub brush ranchland.
This room has a comfortable QUEEN SIZE BED. If you have a child or an extra guest, we can perhaps bring in a small rollaway bed to accommodate.

Caribbean Room
You may think you are in Jamaica or the Virgen Islands when you see this room! No problem! This is a large room with plenty of space to spread out and relax.
From your side window you have a good view of the Arroyo, an occasional fishing boat going by and pelicans floating effortlessly above the water. The comfortable MEMORY FOAM KING SIZE BED provides an exceptionally good night’s sleep!
There is a day bed with a trundle bed that can sleep two.
The Caribbean Room can be joined with the Mexico Room to make a large SUITE with extra space and privacy. The Mexico Room has a day bed and a trundle bed.
- Sleeps 2-4. Can sleep 2 more (total of 6 max) when combined with the adjoining Mexico Room.

You may want to make a day trip across the border to Mexico after staying in this room! This is our smallest room and it can be joined with the Texas Room or the Caribbean Room to make a large, comfortable SUITE.
The room has a single bed with a trundle bed. It sleeps two people comfortably.

Texas Room
Everything is bigger and better in Texas and this room is no exception! This is a large room with lots of space to spread out, relax and enjoy!
